Nico Lemaire 22.1 11 The analyzes and Lab sample types that are shown depend on the combination of the options below that you make in screen 1 of the Lab assignment:
Nico Lemaire 2.2 12
Nico Lemaire 6.1 13
Nico Lemaire 22.1 14 * The chosen Customer code
15 * Possibly the chosen price agreement
16 * Possibly the chosen Certification
Nico Lemaire 6.1 17
Nico Lemaire 22.1 18 This combination of choices determines which Lab sample types and Analysis packages are available in the screen where you will choose the analyses. If you cannot find a particular analysis, first check which choices you have made.
Nico Lemaire 6.1 19
Nico Lemaire 22.1 20 If you still cannot find the desired analysis, please contact the lab. They can say exactly under which choices a particular analysis should be available. If the analysis is actually not available, the lab can also take steps to make it available. They can then prepare a new file for TerraIndex containing the new information. TerraIndex automatically checks every night for new data and automatically downloads it for you.

Nico Lemaire 22.1 22 If you have been informed by the lab that they have prepared new data and you do not want to wait until the next day that they have been imported automatically, you can also start the import manually:
Nico Lemaire 6.1 23
Nico Lemaire 22.1 24 * When you're in the lab assignment, on the screen where you can select the analyses
25 * Click the 'Get Lab delivery files' button
26 * Within 5 to 10 minutes, all data will be imported and you can use the new data
27 * (here you can also see the date of the last lab delivery file and when it was last checked)

Nico Lemaire 11.3 32
33
Nico Lemaire 22.1 34 TerraIndex automatically checks for new analysis results twice an hour and imports them. This is done by a separate server and runs 24-7; you do not need TerraIndex for this.
Nico Lemaire 11.3 35
Nico Lemaire 22.1 36 But sometimes you also want to check or start this manually. You can start checking and importing analysis results manually in the following way:
Nico Lemaire 11.3 37
Nico Lemaire 22.1 38 * Open any project
39 * Above the column with the lab assignments, click the Clock button
40 * Choose 'Retrieve analyses results'
Nico Lemaire 11.3 41
Nico Lemaire 22.1 42 After a few minutes, TerraIndex checked, retrieved and imported the analysis results for all labs. The new data should now be available.
Nico Lemaire 11.3 43
Nico Lemaire 22.1 44 If you don't see the new data yet, it hasn't been ready for TerraIndex yet. Then contact the lab to ask if they can check that the new data has also been prepared for TerraIndex.

49 = Describing fieldsamples and labassignment for MeOH analysis for AgroLab (AL-West) =
50
51 For a Methanol analysis it often means a special MeOH package is filled alongside the regular jar for the Fieldsample. When the lab that's going to be used is AgroLab (AL-West), the following workflow must be followed:
52
53 In the field, each package must be descibed seperately. Don't use the option to scan multiple barcodes in 1 package. So if multiple packages for the same layer are used, create multiple Fieldsamples for each package.
54 Make sure that the package for the MeOH kit has the type 'Methanol kit'
55

57
58
59 In the Labassignment, create a Mixed sample with the MeOH package and the other packages (jar) needed.
60 This way AgroLab receives the information in the correct way and all the results, from MeOH and regular analysis, will be reported under the same Analysissample.
