All information about soilsamples can be found here. The type of samples consist of the soil samples as defined by the SIKB. The table below gives an overview of the types.

Field sampleSample that has been taken in the field. Can have multiple containers. 
Mixed lab sample A lab sample consists of one or multiple samples that have been assembled in the lab. Does not have it's own seperate container. 
Mixed field sample A mixed field sample has one container and contains samples from multiple measuring points. Usually a bucket-type container is used and the samples get mixed in there during the fieldwork. 
TestsampleA testsample is a sample that has been analysed and is ready to be tested to mean soil values. 
Sieved sample A sample that have been sieved after sampling. Usually used for asbest sampling. 
Material sample A sample that consists of a piece of material from another sample. Often used during asbestos research. 
Leached-out sample A sample that has undergone a leeching test.
Analysed sampleSample that has been analysed in a lab. Can consist of one or multiple samples. 
Combined sample Combination of multiple samples.
