7 De TerraIndex Field App is de opvolger van de huidige TerraIndex tablet App. Naast Windows en iPad (iOS) kan deze app ook op Android tablets gebruikt worden. Er zit nu nog geen licentie op de Field App waardoor deze nu onbeperkt gebruikt kan worden. Na het afsluiten van de oude App zal dit gaan veranderen en gaan we licentiecontrole aanzetten. We zullen echter niet gelijk na het stopzetten van de oude App de licentiecontrole op de nieuwe Field activeren. We gaan dit nog even laten doorlopen om de overstap zo gemakkelijk mogelijk te maken.

9 === Hoe gaat dit eruit zien?===

11 * We beginnen met het bijhouden van de tablets die met Field werken
12 * Hierdoor kunnen we tellen hoeveel tablets op Field werken en dit vergelijken met het aantal in de licentie
13 * Normaal gesproken zal iedere veldwerker die eerst met App werkte, nu met Field gaan werken. Dat zou dan betekenen dat er evenveel tablets zijn die met Field werken als met de App.
14 * Als er evenveel Field gebruikers zijn, dan klopt ook het aantal licenties
15 * We kunnen dan de licentiecontrole gaan activeren voor Field; deze nemen dan de App licenties automatisch over. Je merkt hier niets van en hoeft hier niets voor te doen
16 * Zijn er meer tablets met Field gebruikt dan het aantal licenties (bijv. omdat er extra apparaten zijn gebruikt om te testen), dan zullen we eerst even contact opnemen om dit met jullie af te stemmen

25 Met de overstap van de TerraIndex app naar TerraIndex Field hebben we ook een kleine aanpassing gedaan in de manier waarop licenties worden gebruikt. Bij het opstarten van de applicatie kan je een pop-up krijgen waarin je aangeeft welke apparaatlicentie je wilt claimen.

32 === Overgang vanuit de app naar Field===

34 Om de overgang zo makkelijk mogelijk te maken, nemen we bij het opstarten van Field automatisch de oude app licentie over als er maar één oude app licentie aan je account is gekoppeld. In dat geval hoef je niets te kiezen en kan je gewoon verder werken.

36 Heb je meerdere oude app licenties of is er geen oude app licentie aan je e-mailadres gekoppeld? Dan krijg je bij het opstarten van de applicatie een pop-up waarin je een apparaatlicentie kan kiezen.

38 In de dropdown zie je welke apparaatlicenties al in gebruik zijn. Je kan ook een nieuwe apparaatlicentie claimen als je wilt dat TerraIndex Field op een extra apparaat blijft werken. Dit neemt echter ook een extra apparaat licentie in.

40 Wij raden aan om je vorige apparaatlicentie over te nemen. Zo voorkom je dat ongebruikte apparaatlicenties onnodig een plek op je licentie innemen.

44 Je kan een bestaande apparaatlicentie overnemen door in de dropdown een andere apparaatlicentie te kiezen. Je herkent deze aan de apparaatcode en aan het moment waarop die apparaatlicentie voor het laatst is gesynchroniseerd.

48 Tot nu toe was er geen limiet op het gebruik van het aantal apparaatlicenties in field. Als je tegen een limiet aanloopt kan je een error als hieronder tegenkomen. Neem contact op met support om dit te verhelpen

52 Dit werkt nog steeds op dezelfde manier als in de oude app. Als je een apparaatlicentie vanuit de webapplicatie blokkeert, kan die gebruiker 30 dagen geen gebruikmaken van TerraIndex Field.

54 Is er per ongeluk een apparaatlicentie geblokkeerd? Neem dan contact op met het supportteam van TerraIndex.

56 === Hoofdlicentie kiezen===

58 Heeft je account toegang tot meerdere licenties? Dan kan de applicatie vragen om een hoofdlicentie te kiezen. Dit is de licentie waarop je een apparaatlicentie gebruikt. Je blijft ondertussen toegang houden tot je andere licenties, maar zal gebruik maken van de apparaatlicentie op je hoofdlicentie.

60 Heb je maar toegang tot één licentie? Dan wordt deze automatisch gebruikt. Je hoeft dan geen keuze te maken.

102 The TerraIndex Field App is the successor to the current TerraIndex tablet app. Besides Windows and iPad (iOS), this app can also be used on Android tablets.
